£20.00 for annual contracts and £40.00 for all others.

ADSL Solutions

• One-off activation charge for all wires only new orders = £20 for all annual contracts, £40.00 on all other contracts
• Transfer charge for all services = £0
• Regrade up charge = £0
• Regrade down charge = £11
• Conversion from ISDN to PSTN to install ADSL is subject to the standard one-off activation charge for new orders of £50. In addition BT will charge your customer for downgrading their ISDN line to a PSTN line. This charge will be made directly to your customer via their BT bill. If you or your customer has any questions regarding this charge you should contact BT directly.
